  • Do I need driver license to rent Sunryde bikes?
    You do not need any licenses. Sunryde e-bikes were designed specifically for anybody, they can be used for delivery jobs or regular commute.
  • What’s included with in the weekly package?
    There are plenty of jobs for bikes delivery drivers, therefore we’ve wanted to you enjoy the experiment of proper delivery drivers' conditions. Therefore that's what want to include in your rental: - Sunryde bike is in your possession at all time - Bike lock - Battery charger - Phone holder with Phone USB port. - Free maintenance & customer support - Classes of safety driving

  • How do I return rented bike?
    You can do it both ways, you can "Sunryde Hub" or request for a pick up for $20. Important, returns must be submitted 7 days before the return date as per your rental agreement. The customer has to return the bike at Sunryde hub. You will be charged for the 7 days you had the bike. Don't hesitate to contact at customerservice@sunryde.com if you need any help or require an immediate return.
  • If bike requires repairs what need to be done?
    Remember, all of your mantenance and repairs are inculude in your package. Please login to your account and submit a repair ticket or click here. If it’s an urgent matter, please do not hesitate to write us through the chat or email us.
